
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow do I Register?Click the "Register for Camp" button in the upper right hand corner of our website to complete our secure online registration. How do I Pay?Secure online payments are available via Credit Card What is your Refund PolicyYour camp fee, less a $50.00 non-refundable administrative deposit, will be refunded without question if you cancel four (4) weeks prior to the beginning of camp (June 1st, 2012). At any time after that date, refunds (less the $50.00 admin fee) will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. Schedule conflicts do not justify refund or cancellation. If no request for cancellation is made before the beginning of the first day of the chosen camp, absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason. NSF / Bounced ChecksThere will be a $50 fee assessed for each returned check due to NSF. Where is Check In?All campers will check in at the Matadome. Where is Check Out?Commuter Campers will check out from the Matadome. What are commuter hours?Commuter Campers will check in at the Matadome at the same time as residential campers. Campers need to be dropped off by 8:45 AM and picked up by 8:15 PM, except the last day of camp which is 4:15 PM.. Where can campers be picked up?Commuter/Kids Campers can be picked up at the Matadome. Please be prompt picking up your campers. Where will overnight campers stay?Overnight campers will stay at a CSUN student dorm. Is there supervision at the dorms?The staff will supervise the dorms at all times in the evening. Our coaches will be with the campers during the day and at meals. Are meals provided?For residential campers meals are included in the camp tuition. What forms must be filled out and signed prior to camp?A SPORT PHYSICAL signed by a doctor must accompany the LIABILITY WAIVER and the PARENTAL CONSENT form. For residential campers the HOUSING PERMISSION AND RULES form must be completed. Are parents allowed to stay and watch?Yes. We ask that all parents remain at a distance from the court to avoid any injury. Is there a camp store?Yes, at registration and during camp there will be snacks, drinks, clothing, and other items available for purchase. Cash or Check is accepted as form of payment. What should I bring to camp?All Campers: Basketball Shoes, Knee Pads, Ankle Braces (if needed), Water bottle Resident Campers: Toiletries, Fan, Sleeping Attire, Linens, Towels, Alarm Clock How do I make calls from the dorms?Cell phones are brought at the parent/guardian's discretion. Commuter Camper with a vehicle:If your camper will be driving themselves to camp. We will require them to drop off their keys at the beginning of camp with a camp administrator. The keys will be returned to the camper at the end of each camp day. Since we are liable for all campers while they are with us, we limit our liability by not allowing any camper to drive during the camp day. |
